Welcome to California! The State Capitol serves as both a museum and the state's working seat of government. Visitors to the Capitol can at once experience California's rich history and witness the making of history through the modern lawmaking process.

School and Group Tours are available by reservation. Public tours are conducted daily, on the hour, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
