Gaines, Norby and Veterans Groups to Announce Groundbreaking Legislation Helping Thousands of Veterans

SACRAMENTO - Assemblywoman Beth Gaines and Assemblyman Chris Norby will join veteran advocacy groups, at a press conference Tuesday morning to unveil bipartisan legislation that will help veterans and their spouses afford the high cost of a college education. 

Assembly Bill 2250 will be taken up in in the Assembly Veterans Affairs Committee Tuesday after the press conference.

Assemblywoman Beth Gaines represents the 4th Assembly District, which includes portions of Placer, El Dorado, Sacramento and Alpine counties.

Assemblyman Chris Norby represents the 72nd Assembly District, which Fullerton and Placentia, and portions of Anaheim, Brea, La Habra, Orange and Yorba Linda.
