There Ought NOT To Be A Law Contest

Every year the California Legislature introduces thousands of ideas to create new laws. Many of these bills contribute to the overregulation of California, negatively affecting areas like education and business. This year Assemblyman Nestande would like to focus his legislative efforts to repealing ineffective and inefficient laws.

The deadline to submit your ideas is November 15, 2011. Please provide your contact information, a summary in 500 words or less to explain your idea, and provide any attachments for background information.

The winner of the contest will receive a trip to Sacramento to testify at the policy committee hearing in which the bill will be heard.
